UPDATE: 4/3/2021 Glass Genie not only fixed the damaged window cowl, but they also replaced the windshield in total after I pointed out the warped spot. That wasn't a huge concern of mine, so it was extremely kind of them to replace the glass with one without imperfections. The owner himself personally showed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Very pleased with my windshield now that everything was sorted out. Great company. 3/22/2021 - 4/1/2021 After they came and replaced my windshield I noticed rubber tubing and foam along the edges of the glass and a warped spot in the glass itself on the drivers side. Seeing this I took my vehicle to my dealership for a second opinion, they found that my windshield cowl was damaged in the process and will be over $300 to fix. ~ Skyler T

Great company. Friendly, responsive, and provides great explanation for the fix. This time of year is brutal for me at work, so they had no problem doing the work on Sunday. Probably not anyone’s favorite day to work, but they were incredibly accommodating. My wife had 3 chips on the windshield of her E320. Two of the 3 were fixed as if they were never there. On the 3rd glass chip, they asked if my wife had tried getting it fixed previously, and to my surprise, she did about a year ago. Due to the bad attempt by a different company, it wasn’t fixed as well as the others; however, they tried extremely hard to fix the poor efforts of another company. Lesson….get it done right the first time with these guys! ~ T P

Amazing company. Saved me hundreds and several days of hassle and heartache. My car got broken into overnight. The day was scorching hot and I was driving around with the windows down. I called the dealership to see if I could get a new glass window for the passenger side and nowhere in the metroplex did they have one available. They would have to order for it to be picked up in a few days. Glass genie came and clutch. They were able to come and fix my window within two and a half hours at a great price. Highly recommend without reservation. Do not call your dealership for OEM! These guys are absolutely the best. ~ Victor M

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I called them in a panic after my windshield cracked, and they came out the same day to my location. The whole process took only about 20 minutes, and they were incredibly kind, professional, and honest. Their pricing was very fair — especially for mobile service — and they explained everything clearly before starting. My new windshield looks perfect, and I feel so much safer driving now. Excellent service!! A few months ago my car was broken into resulting in a smashed window. I called Glass Genie and they were very accomodating and prompt. Even more so when I told him I had a young child with me and two other children that I needed to pick up in a few hours. He met me at my home within an hour and replaced the window. He also did an excellent job in cleaning all of the glass out of the car since little ones would be using it shortly. Six months later we have had no problems with the replaced glass. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that is needing glass repair. They are so awesome very courteous and they really care about their people. Even though they were unable to fix my window because of circumstances that just wouldn’t allow it they tried very hard and we’re very Kind and courteous and when we found out, we could not get the window done. Very polite ,professional . Best of the best! I’m not even home to look at it yet but I had my grandfather there and he isn’t easy to please lol and he was very impressed .my brand new car got broken into glass completely shattered :( It was a hassle to find good quality work and price and thease guys didn’t hesitate and they got out there as soon as possible this is the only time I wrote a review and that’s because for once I’ve got good service can’t say that about very many places now a days . I highly recommend using Glass Genie!!!! Excellent customer service all the way around, mobile service, quick and at a great price too! It was Sunday afternoon and I had to have my front windshield replaced and they were the only company that could do it. Rich handled the office part and was super nice and efficient. I needed a new passenger window after my car was broken into. The dealership said it was a special order part and would cost over $500. They took over a week to get it and install. I called Glass Genie they give came same day service would be finished by 2:30 pm! The cost was less than1/2 of the dealership and finished in an hour. I can’t say enough good things about this company. My windshield was damaged very bad yesterday. I called Glass Genie around 10:30 this morning. We set up an appointment between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Not only did I pay lower than the quoted price the technician was early. He did a great job and was finished super fast so I could get back to regular life. If you need any glass work done on your vehicle, these guys and their company are the ones to go to. ~ shawn G

I was needing auto glass replacement for my windshield a few weeks back. A rock hit my windshield, making the crack spider all around the glass. The Glass Genie was out there to replace my glass within 2 hours, and they have very knowledgeable technicians who know exactly what they are doing. Glass Genie is the place to call when you're having trouble with any of your windows. My rear passenger side window fell into the door a few weeks ago. I called a few places and I never got a better deal than what Glass Genie offered. They came right to my apartment and fixed it on a Saturday afternoon. It was awesome and very easy for me. Great company. I love Rich. He made me feel and my issue with my windshield very important. They worked with my insurance company and came out to my job and replaced my windshield with no hesitation. Their prices were lower than the competition, they came to my place to fix the window and it was speedy, pretty sure they were done in under two hours.
